Our children are impressionable; their minds are like sponges, and teaching them coping techniques and mindfulness tools at an early age can help them thrive in the future. But how can we do that?

Aside from talking to our children about all of the positive benefits there are about mindfulness, reading can also be an effective teaching method. A book can give greater insight, it can explain through words and pictures, and it can appeal specifically to the age of our children. With that in mind, I have collected the titles of 20 incredible mindfulness books for kids. I hope you find them useful, informative, and a joy to read with your children.
